采用精腿中间部位的上方去骨精修,适合煲汤,蒸煮,烩菜,做酱料,月饼等,高性价比。
食用方法 :
1.先放入小锅中加水煮20min,再刷除上面的油脂,以去除腥味,再放入电锅中蒸约30min诱出火腿的美味.
2.将鸡只、蒸过之金华火腿和姜、米酒放入铸铁锅中,水盖过鸡只,等大滚后转小火慢慢炖煮约1.5hr。
3.火腿不能当主菜,只是调味料而已。火腿是腌制品,切片的时候要切薄点小快点,不要太大块。
4.火腿做菜之前先蒸一下或用水焯一下可以去掉一些咸味。
