梨干的食用方法
1.梨干清润汤
材料:梨干、百合、玉竹、山药、龙眼肉、南北杏、芡实、姜、排骨
做法:首先,清水清洗材料,排骨除外。再加入清水,放到灶上大火烧开。然后,加入洗干净的排骨,再次烧开,转小火,慢炖3个小时。最后,撇去浮油,以少许的盐调味即可。

2.雪耳雪梨炖猪肉
材料:干雪耳、雪梨、麦冬、枸杞、猪肉。
做法:雪耳温水泡发备用;雪梨洗净、破开去核皮;猪肉洗净、切块汆烫;麦冬、杞子稍冲洗。所有药材放入炖盅加水九分满,文火炖煮1小时,加少量食盐调味即可。雪梨雪耳汤甘甜清润可口,有养阴润肺止咳的功效。

3.抗烟霾凉茶配方
材料:杏仁、川贝、雪梨干及柿饼。
做法:将材料洗净放入锅内,加水,煲1小时左右即可饮用,可依个人口味加入冰糖调味。此配方具有润肺功效。

梨性偏寒助湿,多吃会伤脾胃,故脾胃虚寒、畏冷食者应少吃。
