1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水 (1.5L to 2L) 放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的鸡或排骨后(也可加入花生), 大火煮开。
3.撇去上面的浮沫后,加上盖子,关小火慢煲两到三个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
